Scenic Route Jewellery made in silver or gold-filled is warranted for 3 months from the date of shipping against any defects, like loose stones or if your jewellery arrives in less than ideal condition due to mishandling. Simply put, if I made a mistake, I'm committed to fixing it.
The warranty doesn't cover scratches, dullness of metals or stones due to normal wear and tear, or jewellery that has been stolen, lost, dropped or damaged in any other way.
Having your jewellery resized, altered or repaired by another jeweller voids the warranty.
I do a strict quality control before I package and ship every single item, and I make sure your stones and metals are at their most beautiful before being wrapped up.
