Holiday Shipping Policy

The purpose of this page is to provide clear deadlines and policies for the current holiday season. Due to Covid-19 and the upcoming holidays, the carrier and postal services are predicting the busiest season yet! If you follow my ordering guidelines and cut-off dates everything should go smoothly.
Ordering Deadlines:
Small Batch Collection
View the dates I recommend ordering your holiday gifts by to ensure they arrive on time.
The deadlines below are based on the shipping service/speed you choose at checkout.

This allows me to create, package and ship your order on time! If you order after this date your order is not likely to arrive prior to the holidays.
Local Pick-Up
*If you are local to Kelowna or the Okanagan you have until December 15th to place an order and P/U will be arranged between December 15th to 21st.
Made to Order Pieces:
- If you order by November 5th, any made to order ring will arrive in time for the holidays. Please note it will take a while to make but your order will ship by December 20th using FedEx.
- Rings from the Sample Sale Collection must be ordered by December 12th in order to arrive in time for the holidays.
Shipping Policies:
Scenic Route Jewellery cannot guarantee any delivery times or that your order will arrive in time for the holidays due to Covid-19. The above dates were chosen carefully in order to provide the best service and also with some "insurance days" in mind.
On December 17th I will be "closing" my online shop until January 3rd 2022. If you purchase a gift card for someone or are gifted one, you will be able to use it at that time.
